Yes. We have built integrations for QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, and custom accounting systems previously used by clients. Data migration from these systems is included in scope.
Yes. Our ERP supports unlimited company entities and branches within a single database, with inter-company transactions, consolidated reporting, and branch-level access control.
All clients receive at least Standard support (business hours, next-business-day response). Professional and Enterprise tiers provide extended SLAs. We do not abandon clients after go-live.
We offer both. Cloud hosting is on dedicated VMs (not shared), managed by Entapps, with automated backups, monitoring, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. On-premise is also fully supported if preferred.
